65Z01, I agree with cplonner, in the fact that I was under the impression that the mainfold you are referring to is for the 'Vortec' bolt pattern heads. However if you have fitted them, you must have the 'vortec' heads, otherwise they wouldn't bolt up would they? I would suggest contacting Scoggin Dickey to ask them.

yeah i called the people that i orderd them from (pace performance) and they said they have never heard of it not fitting. but i have not called scoggins dickey directly and asked them. the manifold is set up for vortec heads and i have vortec heads. i suppose my best bet is to call scoggins dickey. if anyone has any other info just let me know thank you

I had the same problem with my E-TEC heads and SDPC intake, you need to go to the hardware store and pick up a 45 degree fitting and then it should fit.

oh yeah i have another problem with my intake manifold, it leaks oil in the back of the manifold, already re-sealed it once. the mechanic says it will start leaking again due to the way it was machined (improperly, factory defect) has anyone every experienced this?

I get pretty liberal with the silicone in the back. I prefer the black permatex. Somtimes cutting a groove or dimpling both surfaces helps.

Seems like a lot of these aftermarket TPI manifolds aren't machined too well. I'd be just a bi tupset after dropping good coin on one.
