Default Throttle body differences?

A buddy is going to a bigger throttle body on his 89. My 86 throttle body is worn and has a fair amount of play in the shaft so I was hoping to get his used but good throttle body. Is there any differences or will it bolt right up? Thanks!

Don't bother. Stock size is fine, unless you are adding c.i. and modding it heavily.

What if I told you I thought he was referring to himself in the 3rd person?
I just got owned!

Thanks for the input and that was a nice link with helpful info. Guess I'll have to check it out with both off to see if it will work properly.

Any input on this?

Sometime back someone else posted about a MAP sensor being on a MAF engine, but I've never seen one on my 86.

What's up with that??

Jake
