Just on top of the intake valves? If you are certain that it is entering via the intake tract it should fairly simple to track down.
I saw where you were fighting a questionable milling job. To verify that is/isn't the problem remove the intake and gaskets, throughly clean the mating surfaces, get some modling clay and roll it into 1/4" strips and lay them along all of the intake to head mating surfaces. Spread some oil on the intake gasket surfaces with a finger and gently set it in place. Run all of the bolts down by hand and then go 1-2 turns more. Remove the bolts and gently lift the manifold off. Now check the clay, it should be uniformly flattened everywhere. If it isn't you still have gasket sealing problems. If it ia all uniform..next step.
The next thing I'd do is take the oil splash pan off the bottom of the intake and carefully examine it for cracks. If you don't see any it is time to get technical and through...Check around (airport is best place to start) for someone that can do either a dye penetrant inspection or Zyglo on the intake. This will find any cracks you can't see with the naked eye.

You removed the PCV system earlier and said it didn't cure it, so all that is left is the intake itself or its sealing ability (if the oil is only entering via the intake valve.
Hope this helps with the troubleshooting.

One last thing...what does the inside of the plenum look like? Any standing oil puddles? Any oil residue that isn't black?

no standing puddles but there is alot of FRESH oil residue all over in the intake...the upper plenum even has a little layer of reside.the lower part of the runners and the lower intake have alot of fresh oil them..I got the intake milled and it seemed to fit up perfect front back and top to bottom....

I am 100% positive that there was alot (1/8 inch) of fresh oil sitting on top of the #7 closed valve...I saw it on two diffrent occasions and used some cotton to soak a bit up both times to make 100% sure it was oil..

I ordered a custom lt1 intake for it and I should have it thursday so when I do get it I will try sticking it on the car with the clay and oil trick ....I just can not seem to get this dang thing figured out...Maybe I am missing something so simple but realy I doubt it...I have went over and over everything 3-4 times.

wheres the only places the oil can enter the cylinder at??

1) the valve guides and seals

2) the INTAKE (cracks or warpage)

3) the rings

4)pcv valve

What am I missing????

1) The guides would really have to be shot to let that much oil in

2) This is where I'd begine looking hard at.

3) They will let oil into the cylinder...but not into the intake

4) Again it will let some oil in, but not the amount you are describe unless there were no baffles in the valve covers at all.

Also, with oil residue in the plenum... you are probably sucking some in through the PCV and/or breather pipe.

Are you getting the modified LT1 from LT1intake.com?
