The information about the blm and spark amount.
Car has a zz4 with a hot cam and runs any where from 106 too 128 on fuel which is on the rich side? How do you convert the numbers to use in burning a chip ?

Since your BLM's are reaching 106, I will assume that when you are seeing 128 you are are either at WOT or have just started the car.
106 is rich...way rich..too rich. 128 is the "happy medium" and 160 is maxed out on the lean side.
Are you running a stock tune with larger injectors?

The tune as far as I know is stock the ID# is 09841 for the prom when read by the Datamaster program at about 30 mph around town it will show Sterm-C counts of 124 and a Lterm-C count of 108
The spark adv goes from 27 to 43
The injectors are 24lb
PS the car is a 91 convert with automatic and a 3.54 rear end.

24# injectors are larger than stock, it came with 22#. You need to get a chip burned for 24# injectors, or install 22#'s or you could try lowerng your fuel pressure to 36-38 psi.
The "Sterm" means short term fuel trims..better known as Int. The "Lterm" is long term fuel trims or BLM.
