100 ft lbs in my books .I always torque them, I paid alot for the wheels.
GM also says after removing and installing wheels 100 times the studs should be replaced.

100 ft/lbs wet for lug nuts is good for me. I also retorque at 25-50 miles.

Ive done the same thing to check myself and I had the same result. As was said if you use the torque sequince you should be bringing them up evenly (stepped) on all five anyways. The only ones that appear different are the locks for these rims (how it feels in tightness) .
