Got mine from TByrne Motorsports (a supporting vendor) for $970 with the Steel sm flywheel. I believe the Aluminum sm was another $200 more.

Yeah, DEFINATELY shop around... I bought mine from another Corvette vendor and I paid quite a bit more than that. I figured I wouldn't get hammered with the Corvette tax too hard since I was a past customer... Right.
Some don't like the aluminum flywheel, but I adapted after I got down my street the first day. Less rotating mass on the crank is a good thing!

my problem is, i need a kit for a that ist neutral balanced, since im building a stroker, and want get rid of the externally balance
with which kit should i go?
ZR1 kit? (0-Balance)
engine now is an L98...with 6 speed

You may want to deal directly with Mcleoud then, they will balance it any way you want.
