Will the craig moates software read my TPIS level V eprom and will it be able to pull the bin

Any prom reader should be able to read what is on that prom. The issue is if them boys at TPIS modified the chip so that it is rendered unreadable by most software packages such as TunerCat or TunerPro. If that is the case, I can usually hack their "locking" mechanism and render it readable again.
