today i got code p0372 timing reference high res signal A too few pulses
and code p1371 DI low resolution circuit
ok now can someone explain to me what exactly does those 2 codes mean

i was afraid it might be the opti 
its hard to start but once it does it runs normal. it spins over for @20 seconds before starting when usually it starts instantly-1-2 seconds
