If you're under the car, it's on the driver's side of the transmission up a little ways in the tunnel. You can't miss it, though - wires and a plug. If you're going to disconnect it, try to do something to protect the open ends from road grime, water, etc. A kit from MidAmerica or your local Corvette Parts place would be ideal...

That is the first thing that I did to my car. You hav ethe 92 so it will not trow a code. The CAGS by pass kit does make for a clean intstall that covers the connector ends to prevent gunk from getting in there but you can do the same thing with heat shrink or even a plastic bag and a ty-wrap. Now to answer your question get under the car and on the drivers side it will be the flat connector about 1/2 way down the trany near the top.
