Headlight clicking
I recently replaced the headlamp bushings and gear in my left headlamp. As far as I know I put everything back where it was suppossed to go.
Once I turn the lamps on or off they make about ten LOUD clicking sounds.
Does anybody know what it is? What I need to do?

Well, something obviously didn't bolt back together properly.
I hate to tell you this, but I'd check those bronze shims (washers) and the motor casing itself.
They're both close-tolerance items and must be assembled properly in order for the gears to mesh.
The first time I overhauled my headlight motor, I failed to bolt it back together properly and it made the same noise you're describing.
