Hot Floorboard
I have noticed that if i drive for a while my floorboard next to my right foot becomes warm. it is not really hot but warmer than the rest of the floorboard. there is also a screw in the floor in that area that is extremely warm after driving.
is this normal or do I have a cat going bad or overheating transmission?

If its something that has been there and you don't notice any loss of power, it may be normal. We dont have nearly enough heat shielding material in the tranny tunnel and firewall area.
Otherwise, its a telltale symptom of a clogged cat.

i was hoping yall would say it was the cats going bad so I could justify to myself buying some LTs, but I notice no difference in driving so I guess it is normal
