SES intermittent on 1986 c4
I am having an issue with the SES light om 1986 4+3. When I start the engine the light goes out and stays off for quite a while. Then it will just pop on under normal driving conditions. If I stop and restart the engine the light goes off and takes longer before it comes on again. I'm thinking it is an oxygen sensor, but am looking for some insight.

What are the exact driving conditions when its coming on, and whats the temperature at the same time?
