Reading spark plugs...

How do they look? The plug socket is where the distributor goes. They have 1,500 miles on them, about 25 passes down the 1/8th mile, and other hard driving.

Notice I did get them indexed right, the black spots are where the exhaust valve is.

#7 looks much sootier than the rest, I'm guessing that's because #5 is stealing its air, and my runner entrance porting probably didn't help that. It has lots of soot down in the insulator, where the shadow is.

#2, and #1 to some extent, look a little too hot, the black stain on the insulator is slightly blistered.

Car is running well though, as far as I know. Is this excessive for 1500 miles?

I've never seen carbon on one side of the electrode only before.. thats pretty wild.

Look good from here.. any pepper on them?

They look pretty uniform. Maybe a little hot but they are pretty new too so maybe a few more miles would show you some more color.

Hell, I think they look great.And I believe the exhaust side looks like it supposed to, think about it.
