Default headlight assembly

hi! when i open the headlights the left one opens halfway,or points to the ground.the other one works fine.they will both close after a few off and ons.could the problem be electrical? thanks----john

I won't know the answer to your question, but you have to say what year your car is for someone to be able to help. There's more than one headlight setup.

84-88 uses 3 wire system and 88-96 is a two wire and better system. To me it looks like headlight motor is bad, just bought an headlight passenger side motor from ebay for 100 bucks with core return worked perfect, mine is a 85 3 wire. Replacing headlight motor is easy u can do urself 1/2 hr job. Check ebay.
