Default Plastic screw retainers

Some of the screws for various parts screw into a plastic fitting--for example the screws that secure the headlight bezel. Are these things replaceable and, if so, where do you get (from the dealer?). The specific reason I ask is that the screws that hold my headlight bezel on are not tightening very much and I suspect the plastic gets shot quickly. Any other recommendations?

Thanks.

I purchased mine from a local auto paint supply shop. They have a hardware/clip area. You can buy a whole box for what it costs for 5 at a car parts shop. I have found just about every plastic clip and hardware item there. And I keep going back - every plastic part I touch breaks or crumbles.

I've seen auto shops that have boxes of miscellaneous clips, screws, grommets, etc. but I figured the odds of having exactly the right ones were slim. It seems that they always have something that is almost what you need but not exactly.
