95 Headlight Spasm
When I turn the lights on or off, the passenger side headlight starts rocking back and forth and usually stops in an intermediate position.
I have replaced all 3 the bushings with the Ecklers Delrin type. One was deteriorated but the gears and other components looked fine. Has anyone else had this problem?? Would appreciate any suggestions.......

Make sure your headlight wires or underhood hoses are NOT binding the headlamp door mechanism. Several Forum members have had this occur....
