Default Smoke on Acceleration

My 95 LT1 has been smoking for years on wide open throttle. I've replaced wires, opti cap, plugs and O2 sensors. Most recently I cleaned the throttle body n replaced the gaskets and checked fuel pressure. Mileage is 140 k and fuel economy is poor on the highway (about 20 MPG). Idle is smooth and there are no codes. Can anyone help??

What color is the smoke? Blue, black or white?

Default smoke color

It isn't oil (blue). It is gas. I didn't mention it never burns oil and passes NJ state emissions without a problem every time.

Might have an injector (or more) leaking. Try running some Sea foam through it and see if it helps.

Default Fuel Cutoff

I picked up some Seafoam this morning. Does anyone know when the ECM cuts off fuel flow? Is there a chance the transmission is shifting too high? Would fuel cutoff cause puffs of smoke?

don't know about the 95's but the 93 LT1's fuel cutoff is set to 5851 rpm.
