I just might check this out for my '02 Avalanche. I'm currently running a cat-back system with a Flowmaster Super 40 series muffler. It sounds great, but I definitely could use more power for this 5800 lb. truck.

I seen the trucks on the sites that had the turbo(s) installed and the testimonial sounded pretty good.I dont believe everything I read, but I cant imagine it not making some pretty decent power.I for one will look into this set up,but may not use their stuff but go salvage/used parts route and get the pipes fabricated and etc.Im thinking of tyring this out on another GM car later.(dont have the C4 anymore)

I thought it may be another alternative as compared to going through the trouble of mounting a turbo under the hood, when In fact you can mount it out back and keep the heat out of the engine bay and have alot less clutter in there.

Check out the poweradder section of www.thirdgen.org for a guy that put a rear mount turbo in a cavalier and is running 12's with it. I'd love to see somebody do it on this board unfortuneately it won't be me.

If we just all had professional fabbing skills, this would be a breeze. Probably would work well without an intecooler, or just a smallish one.

Nothin' better than hearing a spooling sound under higher load. I bet a nice turbo L98 would scare the pants off just about all the top dog import tuners.
