Thank guys !!! I'm going to do the install myself, So I want to avoid any head aches. TPIS seems the be the best choice I've already ordered the Y pipe. I'll have the headers in two weeks. I have to sneak it past my wife

Thanks

So did you get these hooked up yet, how do you like them?

I would like more comparisons between the TPiS and the EM LT's for an LT1 car. I have heard some say the TPiS looked better in the collector and had longer tubes (or overall). Do the EM's have provisions for the brackets? I am only interested in 1 3/4 so the SW are out. I know Melrose and Kooks may come out with some, but who know when, what, or if....?

Default what about JBA?

Not to rain on anyone's parade- I've heard that Hooker Headers are now made in Mexico with serious QA issues. Has anyone had any experience with JBA? LMK and Thanks for your help and time.

BTW, I have a '92.

Thanks

i put the tpis on my car and they fit very nicely
every thing bolts up nice (ie all the brackets and stuff) even the stock wirelooms bolt on to the header
the only thing i didnt like was the fit of the y pipe
but its not a big deal i just would have perfered a little more clearence in some areas

Believe it or not, It depends on the brand of heads that you have.
