Hard Clutch Pedal
Could be caused by the clutch fork socket not on the ball stud 
Decided to try the cluch pedal after engine install. Felt funky and hard to push, but was moving the fork. I pulled the boot back and had a peek with a mirror and flash light. Low and behold, the fork socket was not on the ball stud and the spring tabs were pushed off to the sides. Used some vise grips to pull it onto the stud and a screw driver to flip the spring clips onto the ball. All fixed and feels waaaaaay better.
