I currently have a stock 87, Mods I am planning on doing are
Headers & catback
Dana 36 I am not sure what gears are in there now but looking at 3.54's
Port my stock heads
52mm Throtle body
Big mouth intake
Large tube runners
ZZ9 or ZZ409 cam
new prom
Anything I am missing? what kind of power over stock am i looking at with these mods? I am not looking to break any speed records here and that is obvoius with what I suggested but just looking to get into some respectful power numbers like 350 to 400 chp & ctq.
Thanks

Get a super ram and a 219 cam, that will make a significant increase in power over the big mount large tube runner combination.
You need a SR and 219 to make your goals easily. Although you could make the lower end of that with what you've listed, you wont get near 400chp on a 350.
Dont need gears, and ZZ409 is not a good fit for TPI.
MR will definitely make the highest HP, and be a great choice for a 10-11 sec car.
SR is a great intake for a mid 11-13 sec car that is driven a lot on the street.
LT runners with a BM base is great for near stock to 12.50ish and basically a street combo.
I have run all of these on my '87 and they all worked well when I was at a certain ET.
Additionally, cam selection (as well as other parts) will be highly dependent on the intake and the requisite operating RPM.
Is your car a stick or an auto?
From what I have heard (I'm no expert) if you are looking for 1/4 mile times the Mini ram is a better choice than the Superram for hooking up with a manual tranny.
Wait for someone else to confirm this though.
I haven't yet with this car but will see some track use but mostly street. I would like to get some good dyno numbers and good acceleration. I want to be in the 12's for the 1/4mile is my ultimate goal.
