85 4+3 Throttle Cable Question
I brought my 85 4+3 to the local transmission shop to have the fluids changed. When I got it back, I thought the gas pedal felt different, too light. I checked under the hood and noticed the cable from the transmission OD to the throttle body was sticking out about 4" from the front of the TB.
Now I've only owned this vette since January, but I don't recall seeing the cable sticking out past the throttle body and I know the gas pedal feel is different. The owner of the shop says that's the way is supposed to be. I don't think so. What say you?
Would someone mind looking at their ~85 4+3 to see if there is exposed cable sticking out beyond the throttle body levers.
