if you or a significant woman in your life (mom, wife, GF, grand mother) who has a sewing maching, it would be a simple task to make one.
Get some nice fabric in a colour that matches your seats (black) and stitch a cover that spans both seat head rest areas.
I bet you could make this for about $15.00 in materials. Tops.

Not sure it would help all that much since the wind comes from front and sides as much as rear in this car. Worst convertible I've ever driven in that regard.
