anyone know anything about converting the MAF to DFI

Define converting MAF to DFI. Do you mean installing a standalone DFI system on top of a GM MAF system? If so it can be done easily as most signals that the stock ECM requires can be shared by both systems. So that means that the stock ECM can remain in place.
