Default What do these codes mean?

Just pulled four codes as the car stalled in my driveway, talk about lucky, it won't start again. Anybody know what these codes mean?

P0100 VAF?
P0102 VAF?
P0372 Opti I think
P1371 Also Opti.

Also saw code P1371 while it was running without the ses light on.

Also it made funny noises, like something was shorting out under the hood after it stalled and the fuel pump was sounding like it was strugling to kick on too. Oh yeah, '96 LT4 with 70,000mi.
Any help would be great, thanks.

P0100-(VAF)Volume air flow circuit malfunction
P0102-Volume air flow circuit low input
P0372-Timing reference high resolution Signal A too few pulses
P1371-Ignition Control 4X reference circuit too few pulses

Google in a few of those codes and you should get linked to a site that has better listings. Some codes may be worded differently at various web sites but gives you a general idea.

P=Power train, first 0 means it is a generic code, the last 3 numbers identify the fault.

For P1xxx, the 1 indicates a manufacture's OBD2 code and may/will vary between manufacturers.

You should head for the factory service manaul, trouble shooting.

I've seen resolution codes, both high and low, indicate opti problems. Be sure to trouble shoot first, then buy parts.

I just found a post by me from last year(I'm an idiot) and the dealership gave me the four same codes then! They said it was Opti and replaced Opti and water pump last Sept. Since they warranty their work for 12 months or 12,000mi and it's been 11mo and 8000mi, they are getting the car back! Thanks for your help, I really appreciate it!
