I know these are probably a result of me gutting my cats, but is there any danger in these codes. Anything that can cause a major engine problem. Thanks

Code 13 and code 44 are O2 sensor related. Is O2 sensor connected? 44 indicates lean (which if false will cause you to be rich). 13 indicates very low O2 sensor voltage and perhaps low cross counts, I believe. You need to troubleshoot the purple wire to the O2 and look for opens, grounds, bad connections. Could also be ecm. Also check for bad or very dirty O2 sensor. Have you been running very rich?

Code 32: means that the temperature of the EGR tube has not increased, therefore the ECM does not know if the EGR valve opened. When EGR closed there should be 12 volts on the green sensor wire and 0 volts when EGR open. Volts need to be check while driving.
Code 44: is O2 related but a lean condition caused by faulty MAF, false air, clogged injector, contaminated fuel, vacuum leaks, fuel pressure, exhaust leaks and air pump could cause the lean condition.
