Remove three torx screws from the inter fender, remove one 10mm bolt from the top rear of the fender panel, and loosen a 10mm bolt directly below the 10mm on top (between the fender panel and rocker panel) with a thin 10mm wrench. The fender panel should pull straight out. The battery should be held down and it needs to be removed also. Take the battery cables off (neg first) and install in reverse. Make sure the cables are good and tight and make sure the fender panel lines up with the door and hood before tightening. This will reset the ECM, but not a problem.
