Strange headlight motor problem
The passenger side headlight motor runs whenever the car is started and then again when the car is shut off. I raised the hood and I could see something turning on top of the headlight motor whenever I shut the car off, plus I could hear the thing run, and thoughts?

The thing you saw turning is the dial that you use if the motor fails open the hood and spin it and the headlight will start to flip ans will stop once you get it all the way up or down as for why it is doing that I dont have a clue maybe the headlight relay is going bad it is located on the drivers side wheel well up by the turn singnals

Each headlight motor has its own relay and there is a third relay that allows the right side headlight to close.
