Knock Sensor
I've been false knock code 43's for a long time and no one seems to be able to cure it. Several very good shops have diagnosed with test equipment and everthing, knock sensors, ESC module all check within specs. One shop tightened the wires on the sensors on the side of the block and I didn't get "Service Engine Soon" code 43's for months but it has started again in the last couple of weeks. We tightened the wires again but hasn't helped this time. Someone on the forum mentioned putting an LT4 ESC module on the car, one person mentioned ECS module GM P/N 16038331. Has anyone got any ideas? This is making me nuts! Thanks in advance!
