My 92 LT1 has a bog if I hit it from stop or very low speed. Once the RPMs get up, its fine. Not a miss, just a bog down. Does not seem to affect it at higher speed / RPM. 70k miles, all stock.
I'm thinking fuel pump pickup in the tank...
What is your fuel level like??
C-4s are know for stumbling from slow speed or in a corner if the fuel level is low. Try filling it up with fuel and doing a few "hole shots" with it. It will probally clear right up.

Any time I run less than half a tank, the car bogs on the launch.
Fuel tank was full with high test, fuel pump is new, been a while since filter, plugs and wires changes. This is a bog, which to me is different from a miss.
I would think a lack of fuel (filter or pump) would get worse at higher speed/rpm, but it does not.
If the plugs or wires were bad, it seems like that would show up at high speed/rpm also.
The TPS sounds like a possible. Anyone know how to test it?
I put my Autoxray 5000 scan tool on the Vette. TPS voltage reads 0.66 at idle and 4.05 at WOT. The scan tool did show me a code 32 (EGR). Could this EGR code be part of the bog problem?

Checked out EGR, it is working fine. Fuel pressure good, injectors read good with meter. any other ideas about this bog that feels like a lean-out condition only on a launch from full stop or very low speed. High speed launch is great.
Hmmmm ttt. Ill be interested to see where this goes, I haev the same problem. If my rpms are up around 2-3 and I step on it I get almost instantaneous speed. BUT if I try and start it from a stop or low speed roll, i have about a half to 1 second delay before the gas kicks in.
Basically, Ive got enough time to put the pedal on the floor before it does anything... on a stock 95. I think ill go and check all the aforementioned things..
Cant find anything to fix unless the ECM is the trouble. move the valve by hand and the engine stumbles and smooths out when you turn loose. 20lb vac at the port and if you ground the switch, the valve get 20 (or more depending on rpm) of vac. I hate trying to fix something that won't break while I am looking at it.
