Some options for the optispark are Dynaspark, Delteq, MSD, or second gen GM stock replacement. When the time comes I'll probably go with the Delteq or MSD. I would say do the Meziere electric water pump unless you want to keep it stock.
is th electric water pump worth it because if it is ill buy it.i also saw that you had a shift kit do you feel a difference and did it burn out your trans fast.

I've never been able to understand why an electric waterpump is worth the $$/hassle, unless you want it to cool the engine while waiting in the staging lines (drag racing).
I don't see how it gives more hp, since it's driven by electricity which is produced by the alternator which is driven by the engine...so, it still requires hp. There is no free lunch.
Or free power?

The parasitic drag on the alternator wont cost you as much power as youll gain(it doesnt give you free HP, it simply frees a few up by removing some parasitic drag). The electric pump will more than likely outlast the stock unit, and if it wears out, it wont leak out the back all over the distributor. The drive shaft can be removed and there is another possible oil leak eliminated.
Lots of hastle maybe(wont be that much of a hastle if the pump is coming out and distributor is being replaced), but then again, no pain, no gain....
