Fuel Injectors
I have seen many threads on this forum that say a resistance reading of 16 ohms is needed for each injector. Is this just for the L98 or does this also apply to the LT-1? I was recently told that a reading of around 12 ohms was standard for injectors from a 1997 Trans Am. I have a set of stock injectors from a Trans Am that have been in a box for over a year and they all read 13 ohms. I don't want to use these if they are going to cause me problems. They were all cleaned and had new screens and o rings when I got them. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks.

If they have been in a box for over a year and they are the original type injectors (garbage)Multec

If they are the newer type pintle they should be fine
I believe the injectors are interchangeable
but the service manual would tell you

when you're ohming your injectors what your really looking for is a variance...you're probably fine at 13 across the board, but if you found 1 or 2 or more that read lower, forget the actual + or - tolerance but that would indicate a problem with the injector coil(s).
