What year? What will you be using the car for?
Autocross or road racing - go with higher # injector.
But for general use I use the following:
### Listen to your tuner first there may be a preference #####
If MAF - 24# Ford racing injectors w/ Holley adjustable fuel pressure regulator.
If Speed density - 24# may not be enough.
Injector use is a two edge sword - some say that my engine 383 cannot run good on 24# Ford injectors. But how many 383's that you know of can run on the street and run 10's at the strip and I am using the 85 original ecm and until we have cold great weather I am running slightly rich.
PS - don't be supprised if this thread gets spirited w/ opinions -
NA 388 LT4 and am running Siemens #60 lb injectors. I've learned its not what # they are.. its the fine print and specs that determine how good the injector is and how well it can control.
First and foremost, use what your tuner suggest.
That aside there was a letter written in corvette fever, this month about injector sizing. Basically the answer was, its not really engine size etc. that dictates injector size. Its your horsepower output.
For what its worth, I am running stock injectors, but according to Alvin, I am starting to go lean on top end. He suggested I go with the ford 30lb injectors and that would give me some growing room as well.
Plug in your numbers, and the recommended injector size is calculated for you. FYI, I run 30lb SVO injectors and they are at 80% DC at 6200 RPM where my peak HP occurs.

I am just about to go with a matched set of the #60 Siemens - I have a supercharged 383 LT1. Has your experience been a good one?
