vinnies87,
The box you have is the same one I'm running. Mine is black powder coated though. Where did you get it from? I didn't think there were any left out there.

OK here goes:

1. Small base distributor with external coil(camaro, firebird or GM truck).
2. Re do fuel lines.
3. Re do both pcv lines.
4. New thermostat housing with different angle.
5. New upper radiator hose.
6. Cut off coolant line on bottom of throttle body (it will hit thermostat housing if you don't).
7. Cut off the bottom of the throttle body linkage or it will rub on the fuel line when going to wide open throttle (dont go crazy with this).
8. Foam stick tape to stick on bottom side of hood. Throttle body and corner of new plenum will rub against the hood on hard acceleration.
9. Match up plenum opening with throttle body openings. Do this before final install.
10. Use rtv sealant on the 4 bolts that hold the plenum to the base to prevent vacuum leaks. Also between the plenum and the base around the 4 openings. Gaskets supplied are very thin.

I am very happy with the manifold and plenum set up.
Feel free to email me with questions throughout the process if you like.

Good luck,
John

The fuel pressure valve is different from the Vette size too, not a big deal if you have the fitting.

OK spill the beans on this air box. I don't remember reading anything from Dennyz51 on the C4 board about this. I think someone's been holding out on us.

Okay, so i'm confused about what you are talking about... The Holly stealth was FS on the C4 Parts, and i purchased it... What specific beans would you like to know about.

As in your plenum (air box) looks be a different design than what originally came with the HSR. That would lead me to ASSume that it was fabricated, perhaps to clear a C4 hood?

Am I out in left field hear?

Do you know who made that custom plenum?

Did Dennyz51 make it?

I am interested in finding something like that...

Call this guy (Frank), he and Grumpy are the only ones "I" am, aware of that made this plenum. He still has the parts left over to make a couple of these still yet,
