Default Flywheel Questions

Hey guys,
So, my new 383 needs to be externally balanced which means my old flywheel will not work. Currently the car has a 4+3, but I may soon be changing to a T56 and I want to make sure that my new flywheel will work for both. The old flywheel is 153 tooth, but there was never a 400SBC stock that came with a 153 tooth flywheel, so I have to get an aftermarket one. The question is does a 168 tooth flywheel and an 11 inch clutch work with my 4+3? And, would that same flywheel work with my future T56?

Is there a balance plate that I can add to my old stock flywheel?

I'm not sure if a 11" clutch/168FW will go in a T-56 bell housing. If you are using a 2pc rear seal crank you can get a bolt on counterweight. Limited class oval track guys use them alot.
