Fan switch on a 90.... No green wire....
I read the tech tip and cant locate a green wire on either of my relays. Are there suppose to be two, one for the primary, one for the secondary...? Im thinking the 90 is a little different? Either way I to get this hooked up pretty quickly.... I was also thinking in between the relay and the switch I hook up on the ignition controlled line (not the ground) I was going to use this wire to also connect my power for the heated O2 sensor...Will this work, and would that kill the power to the sensor any time I turned the fans on (maybe a good thing since the heated sensor is for when the motors cold, fan for when the motors hot) Any thoughts?

Hmm... it is green with a white stripe. If I remember right, if you are looking at the very end of the harness that clips into the relay, and the clip that holds it in place is on the 1/3/5 side, I think the green/white wire is #2.
Looking at the VERY end of the harness that would stick into relay.

What color wire comes from the aux fan sw on the left side of the block between #3 & #5?
I think the O2 sensor is heated all the time since headers don't allow it far enough upstream for sufficient heat. You might get by tieing into the power side of one of the fan relays, don't know how much current these items draw though. At least you sould run an inline fuse. I prefer to use a separate relay controlled by a switched source and driven by the battery.

I don't remember the wire being green. Get the installation instructions from Mid America off their web site. They have a diagram of the location of the ground wire for the relay. If you still have a problem, let me know and I will look at my car.

Just checked on 90, wire is blue with black or white stripe. Mid America sheet 609108.

Vetnuts, right you are.
I just found a mislabeled diagram in my Haynes and posted the correction in his other post on this topic.
