Default Whats wrong with my digi dash ????

At engine speeds above 3000-3200rpm my tach stops reading correctly and starts displaying between 500-1000rpm. Up until that rpm, all seems normal, gauge seems smooth and fairly responsive, then wham, its totally worthless.

Anybody have this happen to them and what did you to to fix it. Seems pretty screwed up to me, do I need a complete dash overall and calibration?

Whos the best at repairing these suckers?

Thanks in advance for the help...

I got mine repaired by Gene Taber. I forget his website but I've got a link on my website. Look here under "The project thus far" and there's a link there if you end up having to get it fixed. Also note that it'd probably cost you alot less than it cost me cause mine was busticated reeeeeeeeeel good :yesnod:

..But hopefully you can fix it yourself. Good luck :seeya
