Got the Manifold off !!
I've accomplished removing the manifold. 
There was a pretty good oil mess front and back from the leaky seal. Clean up the gasket surfaces, didn't find any visible cracks. Got a friend who offered to use his parts cleaner, maybe cleaned up I'll see any visible problems. Replaced the valve cover gaskets. Noticed the rocker arms seemed easy to make move right to left, Is that right ? Dont know if I should torque them down to tighten up the play a bit. Will it affect anything ? I know the torque specs. but haven't mess with it yet.
