L98 Intake heat problem
Ive been reading around that the l98 intake gets very hot when running, I assume because of thecoolant crossover in the lower manifold and the greater surface area of the runners to absorb engine bay heat, etc... On my lt1 while the car is running the intake stays relatively cool, it does not have a coolant crossover in the intake and there is much less surface area. Anyone thought about remedying this?

This is just me: Had my plenum/runners - poly-chromium coated (keeps it cooler) and vented the back sealer with some holes and screens attached (SS) to help heat flow out of the eng compartment... has definately helped my setup. but thats just me
