QDM2 and QDM3

What does the qdm2 and 3 control? Cant find info in the service manual 93 LT1. Seems to run rich when I get a qdm2 and 3 intermittant failure.

Quad Driver Module. This code is usually thrown from the result of another code. It should be stated in the FSM somewhere.

The diagnostic procedure for code 27 (QDM 2) and code 28 (QDM 3) is in section 6E3 starting at page 58.
Neither should have anything to do with a rich running condition, QDM 2 controls the lock up torque converter, and QDM 3 controls the cooling fans. Good luck.
