Default Charcoal canister
Anyone know where the outlet on the bottom of the canister goes? It originally had a hose with a "T" connected to another hose just laying in the fenderwell. and how do you know if the eecs valve is good? mine is hot to the touch and closed when the engine is running. I appreciate any help, thanks

The teed hoses just vent to atmosphere. Read the link RRT posted, should help you diagnose if there is a problem.
