"Eagle" 383 Rotating Assembly question.

Everyone has, or is building a 383 it seems.
Compstar crank and rods for a 396 is what I went with.
Prices were very reasonable for a 3.875 stroke crank.

I have a Eagle 4340 kit in my car and the local racing machine shop uses the same one in his 750 HP outlaw race car that spinns 8K RPM over a long period of time. Same machine shop set up Greg Biffles cars before he came famous in the Nascar. I think the key is to have a good machine shop ballance it.
