Rear End Differentials
I have a 1990 L98 coupe with a Thermo Master Hypertech Chip and a 160 PowerStat, Cat Back Exhaust. I'm not happy with my 1/4 mi. et.
The rear-end is stock, what kind of rear-end would be good for track and street and what could I expect from it?

Then if you have the standard A4 ratio, it's a 2.59:1. Even the optional 3.07:1 D36 diff will be a noticeable improvement from that. You'll need to check your option codes to see which one you currently have. A higher stall converter would be a real asset too.
