No start, alarm problem? 84'
Symtoms...
1. no crank or click
2. Horn blows constant, not intermittent(I unpluged it for now)
What I have tried....
1. unpluged solenoid interrupt relay and jumpered
2. horn stops
3. cranks, no ignition
Where I'm headed....
1. Anti theft module
My questions...
1. Am I on the right track?
2. Does the module cut power to the ignition circuit? (sounds dangerous if it were to malfunction while driving)
3. Best way to remove bread loaf panel (any tricks?)
4. How to bypass module
Right now I'm not too concerned about having the alarm work, I need to get her running and smog checked soon.
BTW I'm new to the forum and have read a ton of good info but nothing like this problem.
Thanks in advance.

You can plug a resistor inline with the anti-theft module, and defeat it. I did this with my 86.
symptoms of no start = soft click, but plenty of battery and gas to go around.
