Buzzing relay causes?

Buzzing relay causes?
I have a 94 with 2 buzzing relays under the passenger side I/P. It started sometime after I took the dash upper trim pad off. I left the car for a few hours and everything was fine but the battery was dead when I came back. 
I hooked up the charger and immediately hear a buzzing from relay letters B (fuel pump) and E (interior courtesy lights). My best guess is that I knocked something in the passenger side footwell and caused a short, but I have removed the lower trim pad and cant find anything. I took out the relays and am charging the battery back up now, so has anyone had a similar problem or have an idea of what might have happened?
