Default Rear Brake Issue

I am having issue with the left (passenger) side rear break. I changed out the pads yesterday on the rear of my 93 after the began to squeal and then grind. I noticed that the inside pad had worn at an uneven pattern. It had worn down faster at the rear than the front of the pad.

After driving it maybe 10 miles again today the brakes are again squealing and just began to grind. I'm assuming it's morn like this again.

What could this be? Sticky e-brake? Bad caliper?

All comments are appreciated.

The caliper piston(s) applies pressure to only one side of the rotor, and the caliper equalizes the force on two sides by gliding side to side. If the glides are sticky, the braking is poor and only one pad wears. It's not good for your rotors or bearings either. You might want to pull the caliper away from the rotor and see if it will move side to side on the mount. Also, did you push back the pistons fully when you replaced the pads?
