I bought the bushings from Home Depot first but they turned out to be too thin and not strong enough. It caused the headlights to bounce like crazy at the point where they were supposed to stop. I bought some from Lowes that were a little thicker and stronger and haven't had a problem since.

I removed the whole assembly then removed the motor which seemed easier than trying to get the motor out with it in the car.

I am have an extremely hard time getting the 10MM nuts lose to remove the headlight assembly and do not want to snap off the studs that are mounted in the hood. Anybody know of any tricks to get them

STOP! and get a can of PB Blaster Penetrating Catalyst Spray. You can find it at most auto parts stores. Spray and let it sit overnight and you should be good to go next day.
