Help with vents please......
Just because three days have passed since fixing something, my '85 decided to do something new today. No matter what setting I have my vent/ac/heat whatever on, it is blowing only out of the windshield defroster vents. I'm guessing it's vacuum related, but where do I need to start and what parts should I be prepared to buy?

I haven't ever done it.. but there is a vacuum hose that controls the flap. Hopefully someone will let ya know which one.

start from the vacuum canister in front of the left fromt wheel and follow the pencil size line toward the distributor, check for breakes in the line. behind distributor there is a plastic tee, check for cracks, I would start there. Also bend the lines, they might be dry.

Found it! Must have knocked it loose when I took the valve covers off to repaint them. For anyones future reference, it was on the passenger side almost under the plenum.
