Throttle sticking
I have searched the forums and have not found an answer to my question yet.... My throttle sticks wide open, so would that be the accelerator cable or or do i need to do something with the TB? I sprayed a ton of TB cleaner and tons of black **** came out, and it seems to want to "stick less" but still sticks. The TB looks clean inside from looking where the intake meets the TB. I'm getting the whole car painted next week, so I have plenty of time to look at it. What is all involved with "rebuilding" the TB?

Remove the throttle cable at TB and try opening the throttle by hand. If it sticks wide open without the cable, you found your problem area. 
The bore for shaft is a known problem area. They get elongated and the blades find new places to bind.
If you find no problem with shaft/blades/linkage, start looking at the gas pedal end.
