OK all On the right rear side of the engine throttle plenum there are to hoses, I am getting ready to change out my injector as the diagnosis to me for hard starting was to "a leak of one or more of my injectors and @ 1400.00 we can repair this? That is the background, anyhow got everything torn down to replace the injector myself but I noticed in the manual that it tells you to mark those two lines left and right but when I pull the throttlebody up the left one is capped off. Can't find anything on the manual that tells me where they go so I need help!!
I'm not sure what year you're referring to, but if it's just the vacuum on the plenum, I've never had an issue with them being one place or the other. I've seen pictures with people having the vacuum lines both ways.
I'm not really sure what you mean by "when I pull the throttlebody up the left one is capped off."
Does this mean it's capped at the TB on yours?
If it's working fine, I think I'd just mark them and lay them to the side and not worry about it personally.
Can't think of any hose that you would need to mark left or right. The 2 vac lines at back of plenum, don't need marking, same vac source. The hoses on pass side of TB are vertical and different sizes(one coolant, one air intake for PCV) and then there is the EGR vac line on bottom drivers side of TB.

I've ALWAYS wondered why it's noted to "mark" the hoses... I just do it out of habit. But I mean come on, there's nothing special about where the hoses connect other than if 1 is smaller than the other. It just looks to me like the vacuum is the same regardless because it's pulled from the same exact spot.
Here's a little breakdown.
vac port #1 fuel reg and air diverter solenoids
vac port #2 goes to check valve at back of motor, from there it tees off, one to HVAC via the wire harness, and the other to vacuum storage tank, also cruise control if you have it.
